City/Parish Council Meeting to address Green-Light Plan Changes - 4pm, Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006

We would like to request the presence of all Staring Lane Community Association members, adjourning Associations, and other concerned citizens at the City/Parish meeting. We recently (today-8/21) learned from the engineering firm CSRS that two items on the City/Parish Council's agenda is of great concern to us:
(1)Plans for sewage repairs/replacment; (2)Green-Light Plans.

This meeting will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, in the City/Parish Governmental Building 222 St. Louis St. at 4:00 PM. Please ask all to come and bring a friend with them. We need a show of force. Someone will present on behalf of the association our position if allowed to do so. See you there! Dr. Shamlin
